Accepting these terms
By signing in to the demo, opening an account or requesting a Day-Zero Readout, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may do so. These terms are a draft for legal review and are not yet in force.
The demo
The demo shows zypl.Foundation on public lending books whose outcomes are published, and on files you bring. It is an evaluation environment, not a production service: anyone may open an account with a work email, an account made for a pilot may be shared within its team, each account can start a limited number of runs a day, and its storage is not meant for borrower files.
Your account
Keep your sign-in links and codes, and any password made for you, to yourself and your team. Tell us at info@zypl.ai if you think someone has used an account that is not theirs.
Your data
What you upload stays yours. You let us store and process it for as long as it takes to run the demo for you and show you the results. Do not upload personal data about borrowers or applicants: the demo is not built to hold it.
Acceptable use
Use the demo to evaluate the product. Do not try to reach another account's projects or runs, to extract the scorecards' method, to reverse-engineer the service, to get around its daily limits, or to load it with traffic meant to degrade it. We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.
Research results and decisions
The figures on this site are research results from zypl labs, each with its caveat on the evidence page; they are not results of the demo. Nothing on the site or in the demo is credit advice. Lending decisions remain the lender's, under its own policy and validation.
What stays ours
The zypl.Foundation name, the service, its models, the method that produces Day-Zero scorecards, and this site are zypl.ai's. You may not copy or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing service. If you send us feedback, we may act on it.
No warranty
The demo is provided as it is, for evaluation. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made with it.
Changes
These terms will change before they come into force, and when the service does. The date at the top of the page is the date of this revision.
