What a Day-Zero Readout returns.
What to send, what comes back within 48 hours, and what stays closed.
Who it is for
A lender about to launch a product, enter a market or open a segment, with no matured loans of its own to fit a scorecard on. The Readout looks at one product at a time.
What you send
- Who you are: region, regulator, type of business.
- What counts as default, and when loans were made.
- Your field dictionary, coded values included.
- How applications arise: own initiative, pre-approval, cross-sell, broker.
- Feature statistics only: no outcome labels.
What comes back, within 48 hours
- Top drivers: the columns expected to weigh most.
- The expected ranking band: the range of ranking quality to expect on this data.
- Data-readiness gaps: what the dictionary is missing before a scorecard can be built.
What stays closed
The Readout is a summary. It does not contain the scorecard, its weights or the method. A Day-Zero engagement delivers the scorecard itself — weights, anchors and category tables, with a written reason and a confidence for every weight — because a validator must review it. The method that produces it stays inside the service.
How to ask for one
